World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
Item upgrade is an evolution item that first appeared in Generation II. This upgrade enables Porygon2 to evolve in exchange for trade when held.
Slotting it into armour, weapon gear and trinkets can add an extra bonus or increase the attribute value. Most upgrade components require that the item be in a specific stage before it can be inserted.
Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. They can be obtained from recycling cans and plastic, as well as completing missions. Substats

They are able to be increased randomly on any slot. The number of sub-stats that an artifact has is determined by its rank. The rank 2 artifact does not have any sub-stats while the Rank 5 slot has five. Each sub-status is a different range of rarity it can be created in.
If you want to get a higher chance of getting the sub-stat you want, you can use the REFINE ARTIFACTS option to increase it by four levels. But, this will cost you MORA. Another method to increase the sub-stats of an item is to look for duplicates of it. Then, you can enhance the duplicates so that they have an increased rarity and different set of sub-stats. If you're a top level player, this can be a useful strategy for increasing your character's DPS. But, be careful not to overdo it and risk wasting your MORA.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens allow players to reroll an item currently owned by a particular unit. Rerolling the item will result in a level 1 version with different bonuses and a brand new kind of equipment. In certain instances it is possible to substantially increase its value. However, the item will not maintain its ilvl, so rerolling is only beneficial when the item has rare affixes.
Rerolling an item resets the base power and all upgrades, and then rerolls all substats in addition to that. This is helpful if an upgraded item's maximum power is less than what you want, or if the player desires different substats on an existing ring. The reroll token can be obtained in various ways like from the mistery box, as a drop from skulled creatures or as an incentive for killing an enemy.
Rings, armor, weapons and other accessories can be rerolled. Weapons can be rerolled for physical power, spellpower or health. Armor can be rerolled for defense or damage reduction, whereas rings can be rerolled in damage or durability. Rerolling an item that is crafted will create a rare-like item of the same type as the ingredient equipment item. However the item that is rerolled will not retain the ilvls of its original owner and any wasted resources aren't compensated.
Pressing the green button on the menu of items will allow you to reroll the item. The button will not appear on any item currently being used by an enemy unit. To reroll an object the player needs to have at minimum one reroll token in his inventory. The player must select the stat they wish to reroll and confirm their decision. Rerolls may take longer than you expect in some cases. The rerolling system has numerous possible combinations. In these situations, the player may use a second reroll token to speed the process.
Item level
The level of an item is a crucial measurement of the power of an item. It's used by players to compare items, and helps them decide which one is more powerful for their style of play. The item level lets players upgrade gear rated as overpowered by the community. It's important to know that item level is not a feature to be developed in the future however it's a way to distinguish the items in the game.
